• Planning and support for investments abroad, including actions for internationalization of corporate procedures (operating subsidiaries, offshore companies, etc);
• Registration of foreign investments (in cash or assets) with the Central Bank of Brazil;
• Counsel and assistance in the capitalization of companies, remittance of profits and dividends, repatriation of corporate capital, and payment of royalties;
• Franchising;
• Import and export advice and assistance.
